Our Homeowners Association is made up of a volunteer resident board that’s fully dedicated to making sure all community needs are met. Collectively, we strive to preserve a high standard of living through Chadbury Village.

Mount Pleasant Fire Dept. Station 4
The Town of Mount Pleasant collects garbage once weekly on Tuesdays. Charleston County collects recycling biweekly on Tuesdays. Both must be curbside by 7am.

Billy Swails Blvd Extension
Billy Swails Blvd., otherwise known as Hungryneck Blvd., has an extension planned by the City that would impact the currently wooded area immediately to the north of Chadbury Village. Click below to learn more of the City's current plans for this road project:
Rifle Range Road Park
This project includes the construction of a 34,000 sq ft recreation building with 2 court gymnasium, elevated walking track, and recreation rooms for youth and adult program offerings such as camps, dance, music, drama, and various recreation programs.
