2025 CHADBURY VILLAGE HOA ANNUAL MEETING
All Chadbury homeowners are encouraged to attend this annual community business meeting on Sunday November 2nd, at 2:30PM, at the Green Area by the Pond. Please bring a chair to sit on.
The meeting agenda will be posted on the HOA website (www.chadburyvillage.com) by Tuesday, October 28. We will hold elections for the HOA Board. If interested, nominations for these positions will be accepted during the meeting.
FALL FESTIVAL
Following the HOA meeting (approximately at 3:30PM), all Chadbury residents (and pets) are welcome to come join in on the fun and meet your neighbors. We will have a jump castle, Pelican shaved ice truck, and music/kids’ karaoke. Don’t miss this great Community Event!
