Our neighborhood started in 2000 in the hopes of creating a welcoming, charming cottage community perfect for your family. Today, we have 87 homes in our vibrant community where you'll find a mix of young families, empty nesters, and retirees as your neighbors. Chadbury Village guarantees the best possible living experience for all residents.

CENTRALLY LOCATED

Chadbury Village is in one of the best locations within Mount Pleasant. It is centrally located and close to highway 526, downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant Towne Centre, Boone Hall Plantation, Palmetto County Park and the Isle of Palms connector giving quick access to the beach.
